For Individual (Normal Public)
• Duly filled Application Form with a photograph
• Age Proof (PAN Card, Passport, any other Certificate from Statutory Authority)
• Residence Proof (Passport, Driving License, Telephone Bill, Ration Card, Election Card, Aadhaar Card, NREGA job card, Letter containing name and address issued by National Population register, Any other Certificate from Statutory Authority) VID (Virtual Identification Number)/ Aadhaar Card

For Hindu Undivided Family:
1) Self-attested PAN card bearing the name of the HUF
2) Deed of declaration of HUF
3) Bank account statement / DEMAT statement in the name of the HUF
4) KYC documents for all adult members of HUF

For Trusts / Associations/Clubs/ Statutory Board/ Local authority:
• Trust Deed • Registration Certificate • Copy of Resolution of Investment • PAN Card copy • Address Proof • List of authorized signatories, Specimen Signature of Authorized Persons • Photograph, PAN Card, Address Proof of Signing Authorities.

For Partnership Firm
• Declaration of Partnership by Partners • List of authorized signatories with specimen signatures • PAN Card copy of Firm • Certificate of registration • Partnership deed • ID proofs of authorized signatories

For Proprietor Concern:
• Name and Signatures of the Proprietor • PAN Card Copy of Proprietor

For Registered societies:
PAN • KYC documents • Copy of registration certificate under the Societies Registration Act • List of members of the managing committee • Committee resolution for persons authorized to act as authorized signatories, with their specimen signatures • True copy of society rules and by-laws, certified by the chairman or secretary.

Public or private limited company:
• PAN • KYC documents • Certificate of Incorporation • Memorandum and Articles of Association • Board resolution for opening the FD account • ID proofs of authorized signatories • List of authorized signatories with specimen signatures.
