1. Affix a latest photograph of each investor.
2. PAN Card and Address Proof Photo Copy also self-attested by applicant/s.
3. One Cancelled Cheque copy. (For ECS/RTGS/NEFT payment of Interest /Maturity Amount.)
4. Investment Cheque / DD also should be drawn in favour of “Shriram Finance Limited”
5. Your Cheque / Mobile No will be your application number. Keep photocopy of application form for your record.
6. Submit / deposit your application form in Listed Branches of Shriram Finance Ltd or at our respective office. One can also directly approach our respective Relationship Managers for immediate assistance.
