1. Acceptance and Scope
▪ These terms govern your access to and use of www.sanriya.in, of the mobile application published by us, and of their content, tools, features and services.
▪ They apply in addition to the terms of any Asset Management Company, Registrar or transaction platform through which your investment is made.
▪ By using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Fund Selection and Suitability Policy, Commission Disclosure and the other policies published on this website.
▪ If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Our Status and the Nature of Our Services
▪ We are an AMFI registered Mutual Fund Distributor bearing ARN-193359, also registered for the distribution of Specialised Investment Funds, and registered with the Association of Portfolio Managers in India under APRN-01056 for the distribution of Portfolio Management Services.
▪ We facilitate distribution and transaction-related services for mutual fund schemes, Specialised Investment Funds and other permitted financial products offered by regulated entities, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
▪ We provide goal-based investment services. Any guidance provided is incidental to our distribution services and is offered on an execution-only basis. We do not manage your portfolio and we do not exercise discretion over your investments. No transaction is placed without your instruction.
▪ Where Portfolio Management Services or other permitted products are facilitated through authorised partners, those activities are subject to the applicable regulatory framework and to the terms of the respective product and service provider.

3. Eligibility and Onboarding
▪ You may use this website only if you are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and are permitted to invest under the laws that apply to you.
▪ By using this website you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into the applicable transactions or arrangements.
▪ Before your first transaction you must complete Know Your Customer formalities through a KYC Registration Agency and provide your permanent account number.
▪ You must give your tax residency declaration and record your nomination, or your decision to opt out of nomination, for every folio.
▪ Where a transaction involves a minor or a person lacking legal capacity, it must be undertaken through the parent, guardian or authorised representative in accordance with applicable law and procedure.

4. Your Responsibilities
▪ The information you give us must be true, complete and current, and you must tell us promptly of any change in your address, mobile number, e-mail address, bank account, tax status or nomination.
▪ You must review the applicable scheme and product-related documents before investing.
▪ We are entitled to act on instructions received from the mobile number or e-mail address recorded in your folio, and on your confirmation of the transaction link sent to you.
▪ All payments must be made in favour of the concerned Asset Management Company. We do not accept cash, we do not accept payment in our own name or in the name of any employee, and we do not hold your funds at any time.
▪ You must not share a one time password, folio password, net banking credential or debit card detail with any person, including any employee of the firm.
▪ You must use this website only for lawful purposes, and must follow the applicable terms and procedures of any transaction platform or third-party service you use through it.
▪ You must not use this website for any fraudulent, unlawful, unauthorised or misleading activity, and must not attempt to interfere with, damage or compromise its security or operation.

5. Fees and Commission
▪ We charge you no fee for distribution services.
▪ We are remunerated by trail commission paid by the Asset Management Company out of the scheme’s Base Expense Ratio, which does not increase the cost of your investment.
▪ We may also receive other permissible compensation from product providers for distribution services, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
▪ The Commission Disclosure published on this website forms part of these terms.
▪ The receipt of commission does not constitute a guarantee of investment performance.

6. Risk and Returns
▪ We do not offer or guarantee any assured, indicative or guaranteed return.
▪ Investments in securities and financial products are subject to market and other risks. The value of an investment may rise or fall with market conditions and other factors.
▪ Investments are not equivalent to bank deposits and are not obligations of, or guaranteed or insured by, any government or insurance company, unless specifically stated otherwise.
▪ Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no statement made by us should be read as a promise or assurance of future performance.
▪ Different products carry different levels and types of risk. Consider your investment objectives, financial circumstances, investment horizon, liquidity requirements and risk tolerance, and read all scheme and product-related documents including the risk factors, before you invest.

▪ You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission.

We address investor complaints and grievances in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Where applicable, you may also use the regulatory grievance-redressal and online dispute-resolution mechanisms, including SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR, in accordance with the procedures applicable from time to time.
