1. YOUR RIGHTS

  • To know our registration status and understand that our services are provided on an execution-only basis, with any incidental guidance provided within the applicable regulatory framework.
  • To receive and access the Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Key Information Memorandum (KIM), Riskometer, addenda, factsheets, performance information and risk disclosures issued by the respective AMC.
  • To have the scheme’s objectives, costs and risks explained before investing and to make an informed investment decision.
  • To have your risk profile recorded, assessed and explained to you, and to receive a copy of it. If a requested scheme does not match your recorded risk profile, you will be informed before the transaction is placed.
  • To receive transaction confirmations and account statements from the AMC/RTA, including a half-yearly Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) covering your mutual fund holdings.
  • To know the commission earned by us. We distribute Regular Plans, where the trail commission is paid from the scheme’s Base Expense Ratio (BER). Direct Plans are available directly from the AMC/RTA and are not distributed by us.
  • To register a nominee or record your decision to opt out of nomination for each folio.
  • To place, stop, pause or redeem transactions based on your own instructions.
  • To receive fair, transparent and professional service in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations and the AMFI Code of Conduct.
  • To request access to your personal data held by us, request correction of inaccurate information and withdraw consent where applicable.
  • To raise a grievance and receive acknowledgement within 3 working days and a resolution within 15 working days, with further escalation through the applicable grievance mechanism, including SEBI SCORES and, where applicable, SMART ODR.

2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

  • Complete your KYC formalities and provide accurate, complete and updated information, including PAN, bank, contact, tax and nomination details.
  • Provide accurate information about your investment objectives, financial position and risk tolerance during risk profiling.
  • Read all scheme-related documents carefully and satisfy yourself about the scheme before investing.
  • Ensure all payments are made directly to the concerned AMC from your registered bank account and never to the distributor or any individual.
  • Never hand over a signed blank application form, cheque or transaction slip to anyone.
  • Never share your OTP, folio password, net banking credentials, debit card details or other confidential information with anyone.
  • Review your account statements, transaction confirmations and half-yearly CAS regularly and report any discrepancy promptly.
  • Inform us of any material change in your circumstances so that your risk profile and records can be updated.
  • Avoid acting on investment tips, messages or offers received through unverified social media groups, forwarded messages or unknown callers.

3. DO’S

  • Complete your KYC before investing and keep your personal, bank and nomination details updated with the AMC/RTA.
  • Read the SID, KIM and Riskometer before investing.
  • Register a nominee or record your decision to opt out of nomination for every folio.
  • Ensure the distributor’s ARN and the applicable Employee Unique Identification Number (EUIN) are recorded on transaction/application forms.
  • Make payments only in favour of the concerned AMC.
  • Check and retain your risk profile, transaction confirmations, account statements and CAS.
  • Report discrepancies and grievances promptly.
  • Inform us of any material change in your circumstances for risk-profile updation.

4. DON’TS

  • Do not invest based on any promise of assured, guaranteed or indicative returns. We do not offer or accept business in products carrying such returns.
  • Do not submit signed blank forms, cheques or transaction slips to anyone.
  • Do not share OTPs, passwords, net banking credentials, debit card details or other confidential information.
  • Do not make payments in cash or in the name of the distributor or its employees.
  • Do not pay any fee, commission or gift to us or our employees for distribution services.
  • Do not act on investment recommendations received through unverified channels, social media groups, forwarded messages or unknown callers.
  • Do not delay reporting any transaction discrepancy or grievance.

5. WHAT WE OWE YOU

  • To act honestly, fairly and transparently and comply with applicable SEBI regulations and the AMFI Code of Conduct.
  • To provide relevant scheme information and disclose applicable risks and costs.
  • To place transactions only on your instructions and not exercise discretion over your investments.
  • To disclose the commission received by us and not charge you any separate distribution fee.
  • To never promise or guarantee any specific or assured return.
  • To maintain confidentiality of your personal and financial information and handle it in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • To ensure persons engaged in distribution activities hold the required valid certification and EUIN, wherever applicable.
  • To maintain investor and complaint records as required by applicable regulations and track grievances until closure.
  • To communicate material regulatory and scheme-related changes to investors where required.

6. COMPLIANCE COMMITMENT

  • Sanriya Finvest Pvt. Ltd. is committed to complying with applicable SEBI regulations, SEBI Master Circulars, AMFI guidelines and the AMFI Code of Conduct for Mutual Fund Distributors. We maintain appropriate investor and complaint records, follow defined grievance-resolution timelines and strive to maintain transparency, integrity and accountability in all dealings.
